For the first project Kelly worked on for Merit Beauty, she led the entire creative strategy process independently. She developed the concept idea (green screen trend), wrote the script, filmed and edited the concept.
The ad ended up being the second top-performer for BFCM. Kelly suggested she make it evergreen by swapping out the hook and CTA so Merit could continue running the ad after the holiday. Since then, the evergreen concept has performed equally well as the BFCM version (even without the 20% off promo).
